The Chevrolet Cruze RS 2018 is the sport-trim version of the second-generation Cruze that GM do Brasil produced at the Gravataí plant in Rio Grande do Sul. Introduced with the 2018 facelift of the J400-generation Cruze, the RS badge brought a sportier front bumper, dark-finish wheels and red dashboard accents to the Brazilian compact sedan lineup. This Proton Bus Simulator mod recreates the Cruze RS with two custom skins, a full interior and the 1.4-litre turbocharged Ecotec drivetrain that defines the trim.

About the Real Chevrolet Cruze RS

The second-generation Chevrolet Cruze (J400) launched in Brazil in 2016 as the successor to the first-generation Cruze that General Motors had sold globally since 2008. Produced at GM do Brasil's Gravataí plant in Rio Grande do Sul, the J400 Cruze is shared with the global Cruze but tuned for Brazilian fuel and road conditions and offered in a Sedan body alongside the five-door Hatch. The RS trim was introduced with the 2018 facelift and is the sport-themed appearance package — it differs from the lower LT and the upper Premier trims through a unique front bumper with vertical fog-light pods, dark-finished alloys, red interior stitching and badge-specific dashboard accents. Powertrain across the Brazilian Cruze lineup is the 1.4-litre Ecotec turbocharged four-cylinder paired with a 6-speed automatic. The Brazilian Cruze J400 sits in the same compact-sedan slot Chevrolet occupied with the Astra and Vectra in earlier generations.
