About the Real Ford Corcel II

The Ford Corcel II is a Brazilian mid-size car that Ford produced from 1977 to 1986, a restyled evolution of the original Corcel — a model born from a Ford–Willys project built on a Renault mechanical base. Offered as two- and four-door sedans (and as the Belina wagon), it was a comfortable, popular family car of its era, and it remains a favourite base for the lowered street builds Brazilian enthusiasts love.
